The highlight of the Chinese Calendar would easily be Chinese New
Year. The New Year begins on the first Full Moon after the
winter solace, this is between the 31st January and 28 February.
It varies from year to year, as the Chinese New Year is based on
the Lunar Calendar.
Our guests are treated to a sumptuous feast of Chinese dishes,
and are entertained by the traditional Lion Dance and Fire Crackers.
