For overseas couples - your "Notice
of Intended Marriage" form, must be completed, signed
and witnessed by an authorised wedding
celebrant, Justice of the Peace, an Australian Diplomatic
Officer or Australian Consular Officer and has to be in Lucia's
office at least one month plus one day before the day of
your intended wedding.
